All shipments are insured for the total cost of the order. Standard shipping utilizes Expedited Parcel service or airmail from Canada Post.
Canada Post provides reliable delivery service with very minimal broker fees to our US customers. Delivery time to major US cities is approximately 11 to 16 business days. For an additional charge you can upgrade to XPress parcel post providing delivery in approximately 4 to 7 business days. Please note that the preceeding times are estimates only, not guarantees as we cannot control passage through US Customs. Tighter US border controls have affected delivery times lately.
We don't make the products and have to order them in. Please allow at least 2 weeks for your order to arrive. Some items might get there sooner, some a little later. But we will keep you advised as to your order status. If you need your order for a specific date, event or holiday, please let us know. We will do our best to have your order delivered on time. If we can't we will let you know.
FREE SHIPPING on orders over $100.00, tax excluded. We will ship your order FREE anywhere* in Canada via Canada Post Expedited Service. For other locations or orders under $100.00, the shipping costs are calculated in the checkout process. The shipping cost charged is an actual cost charged by Canada Post.
All items are shipped in discreet packaging.
All shipments are FOB Toronto, Ontario.
Customers outside of Canada are responsible for the costs of any duties, tariffs or local taxes assessed to the order.
*A few Remote locations identified by Canada Post require additional fees and are not included in the Free Shipping offer.
RETURNS and EXCHANGES
Your total satisfaction is our goal. We carefully inspect all items before shipment but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the items you have received, or if the items have a defect from the manufacturer you may request to return for exchange or refund for a period of 10 days from the date you receive them subject to the following terms:
- All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization form. To request a form simply e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org, complete the form and include it with the returned goods or e-mail us the completed form. Returns not accompanied with the Return Authorization form will be refused.
- Returns are accepted provided the item has not been worn, damaged, creased, soiled, washed or changed in any way. The item cannot have an odor or be otherwise returned in an unsaleable condition. All items must be returned in their original packaging with all labels and tags intact.
- All return shipping charges are your responsibility.
- Exchange or refund of items are welcomed. There will be a 25% restocking fee applied for these returns unless the return is due to a manufacturers defect. You are responsible for shipping costs both to return the item and to have the replacement item sent to you.
- Shipping charges are non refundable.
If you received your order through our Free Shipping offer then we will reimburse you, less what it cost us to originally ship your package. This offsets the cost we absorb for all our customers by offering our Free Shipping service.
- Clearance and sale items are sold on a final sale basis and are non-returnable. Due to their seasonal nature, costumes are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- For your protection, health regulations prohibit us from accepting returns of panties, thongs, G-strings, stockings, body stockings, teddies, latex, swimwear or other intimately worn items, including outfits or sets such as babydolls that include a matching g-string or thong/panty. Please be careful when specifying the sizes of these items when placing your order with us.
- Orders cancelled after 24 hours of placing them on our webstore, or refused or denied on delivery will be charged a 25% cancellation fee PLUS any shipping or import costs we are charged for the return of the item. Specials and custom orders are final sale items.
Please use an insurable and traceable method with USPS or Canada Post to return items to us. Do NOT use a courier service to return items to us, we do not accept returns by courier.
NOTE: Items being returned from the USA must have the following note on the outside of the package: "RETURNING CANADIAN GOODS"
Failure to do so makes you responsible for any import duties we are charged. The amount will be deducted from your refund.
Please allow 30-days for refunds to be processed after we have received the item.
